Due to the current circumstances involving the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made some updates to our in-office patient policies:
Patients will be seen by appointment only.
For the health and safety of our staff and other patients, we are unable to currently accept appointment requests for any patients and customers who have had recent contact with a person testing positive for COVID19, international travel in the last 14 days, or any symptoms such as fever, cough or runny nose. We are asking at this time that patients attend their appointment on their own with the exception of a child that may bring one parent or someone who requires a caregiver or translator. All patients entering the office will need to wear a mask, if you do not have your own mask we can provide you with one for $1.
